三亚美高梅度假酒店餐饮总监 郑军
2013年1月，三亚美高梅度假酒店近日正式任命郑军先生担任酒店餐饮总监一职。
郑军先生拥有17年的酒店工作经验，最初曾任职于西安金花香格里拉大饭店，并相继在该集团旗下酒店快速成长。2003年加入阿联酋杜拜香格里拉大酒店筹业团队，担任餐厅副经理，两年后被提升为餐饮部运营经理。加入三亚美高梅度假酒店之前，郑军先生于阿联酋阿布扎比香格里拉酒店担任餐饮部副总监一职。
郑军先生在餐饮运营方面具有丰富的相关知识和经验。郑军先生持中国国籍，毕业于美国康奈尔大学酒店管理专业，并取得酒店管理硕士证书，食品服务管理硕士证书以及酒店市场管理硕士证书。
Mr. Joe Zheng was recently appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at the MGM Grand Sanya.
Joe began his hospitality career 17 years ago at the Shangri-la Golden Flower Hotel, Xi’an. From here, he swiftly progressed within Shangri-la chain, becoming F&B Assistant Service Manager at the pre-opening of Shangri-la Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2003, and getting promoted as F&B Operation Manager after 2 years. Prior to joining the MGM Grand Sanya, Joe worked as Assistant Food & Beverage Director at the Shangri-la Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Joe brings with him wide-ranging knowledge of all aspects of food and beverage operations. A Chinese national, Joe graduated from Cornell University and holds certificates such as Master Certificate in the Essentials of Hospitality Management, Master Certificate in Food Service Management and Master Certificate in Hospitality Marketing.
